- Has my order been shipped?
After shipping your package, we will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number from our courier.
- Can I cancel my order?
Once placed, an order cannot be canceled if it has already been shipped.
- When will I receive my package?
Usually, Duo be different guarantees delivery within 1 to 2 business days.
- What should I do if my package is damaged?
In the event that the courier delivers a package that is damaged, wet, or open, please only accept it with reservation, specifying the reasons for the reservation on the waybill before signing (e.g., open package, wet package...).
- Can I request an invoice for my order?
You can request an invoice by entering your tax code. You can choose to enter different data from the delivery address by indicating a billing address different from the shipping address. The inclusion of an Italian tax code is essential for issuing an invoice. Without this data, it is not possible to issue one. If you are a foreign citizen or do not enter a tax code, you will still receive a receipt.
- For what reasons can my order be canceled?

- Can I exchange the item I ordered for a different size or model?

Yes, we can ship throughout Europe with an additional €20.00, but the sale must be assisted by a member of our team.

ORDER STATUS CHECK
Once the order has been processed, you will receive an email containing the tracking number so you can follow the progress of the package until delivery.
Deliveries take place during office hours from Monday to Friday.
The courier will make 2 delivery attempts. After two delivery attempts, the package will be sent to our warehouse. If there is a missed delivery notice, contact the courier at the relevant office.
We recommend choosing an address where you are easily reachable. It will not be possible to change the address after the order has been completed. All orders are processed automatically, and we are unable to change shipping and delivery times. It is not possible to specify a delivery time. The courier delivers from Monday to Friday during office hours.
