Exchanges/Returns
EXCHANGE:
IT CAN BE MADE WITHIN 14 DAYS FROM THE DAY YOU OBTAINED POSSESSION OF THE PACKAGE AND WILL COST €12.99 (ROUND TRIP) AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
If you wish to exchange your item, no problem! You can exchange it for a product of equal or higher value (paying the difference, if necessary).
Please check the availability on our website of the item(s) you wish to exchange. In the package, you will find a FORM; follow the instructions and fill it out correctly.
Return:
In case of a return, the amount will be refunded in the form of a discount voucher to be used on our online shop.
IN CASE OF RETURN:
WE ONLY ACCEPT DIGITAL RETURNS (DISCOUNT VOUCHER), OR EXCHANGES FOR OTHER MERCHANDISE AVAILABLE IN THE STORE.
Within and no later than 14 days from when you took possession of the physical item.
1. The shipping cost will not be refunded.
2. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
3. The product, packaging, and box contents must be returned as new and intact.
4. The product must not have been used, only viewed.
In case of withdrawal, you must fill out the form you found inside the original packaging, which must specify: full name, order number, telephone number, reason for return, and date of purchase.
RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED FOR CASH-ON-DELIVERY ORDERS
Please note:
Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and undamaged.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise specified.
